If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your order. We ask that you provide us with detailed photographs so we can take a look. This is necessary for our records.
Stitched garments and Discount items can not considered for exchange/return
Any defective item(s) or item(s) that was different from Original invoice may be refunded or exchanged.
Merchandise must be unworn with tags still attached and should be shipped through FEDEX,UPS with insurance if the item(s) is having manufacturing defects.
Materials which are customized ,stained,body odor,perfume,altered are not accepted for exchange.Company is having rights to deny refund if it is not satisfied any of the mentioned cases.
There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.
